Mark I Chester is a San Francisco gay radical sex photographer and this exhibition celebrates his life in San Francisco over the last 4 decades. Mark has been documenting his life in fine art photographs since the late 1970s. On the 3rd floor Mark will be exhibiting photographs from his 1998 series of fine art black and white photographs “the dream of my youth is dead, but I can’t stop dreaming.” On the 1st floor Mark will be exhibiting new work in color digital including works from his in process series called “Racial Portraits & Other Provocations.”

The art reception like all our events will be free, all are welcome. The exhibit will be on display thru the month of July. Art on the 1st floor is always accessible. Samples of Mark’s work can be found on Instagram at instagram.com/sfphotou
